  • Do I need an account to buy an item?
    No, you can now check out as a guest. But you can sign up for an account if you want to check out faster next time!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You have four payment options at checkout to choose from, 1. Razorpay (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet) 2. Offline mode that is Cash On Delivery​, you can pay while delivered to you at your doorstep.
  • How secure is my online transaction?
    When purchasing online using your credit card or debit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. If a customer cancels an order before the order has been shipped, Nandhini Cotton accepts the order cancellations and refund the amount to buyer. Please note that we may not accept order cancellation if the order has been shipped already or in transit. Customers may have to bear additional return charges and custom duties (if applicable) which may be notified in advance to the buyer.
  • Can I change shipping address after placing an order?
    Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. If order has not been processed, kindly let us know through mail ( if you would like to change the address or any alteration.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    We offer free shipping only to India. And for worldwide we offer shipping with minimum shipping charges, free worldwide shipping on orders above Rs. 20,000/- kindly check out our shipping charges here -
  • How do I return an Item?
    If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 working days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. We will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. You can mail us at
  • Do you offer Worlwide Shipping?
    We offer Free Shipping Across India and Express Shipping Across 220 Countries /Territories Worldwide. All our Worldwide shipping are handled by DHL Express.
  • What is the status of my order/ purchase?
    Once the placement is successful, We will keep updating you regarding your Order status through email from, wherein you will receive email notifications for Tracking details.
  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    The estimated time of delivery is within 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse.
