RETURN & REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. In most cases, orders are sent back because customers provide an address that’s incorrect, incomplete, or illegible. To minimize this, kindly be careful and double-check the digits when adding their shipping address, Email-ID and Phone Number.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 working days. Note: We don't accept or follow exchange policy. You can either return or buy new product.

CANCELLATION

If a customer cancels an order before the order has been shipped, Nandhini Cotton accepts the order cancellations and refund the amount to buyer. Please note that we may not accept order cancellation if the order has been shipped already or in transit. Customers may have to bear additional return charges and custom duties (if applicable) which may be notified in advance to the buyer.
